Alex has over twenty years’ experience producing live and pre-recorded radio, podcasts and organisational audio.
He has worked on flagship BBC programmes with entrepreneurs, cabinet ministers, actors and musicians – and has recorded everywhere from underwater sculpture parks to epic overnight cycling journeys.
Alongside broadcast work, he has led major projects for organisations including the NHS, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Penguin Random House and ABRSM.
Ben runs Studio Dosage, a 3D design and animation studio based in Bristol.
His work has featured across brands including Nike, Selfridges and Louis Vuitton, as well as music videos for major artists.
For Tandem, he has created projects including the BBC Ideas film World Without Humans and films for Rothamsted Research.
Doroti works as an Assistant Producer at Tandem – chiefly for Radio 3’s Sunday Morning and Radio 3 Unwind’s Classical Unwind, – alongside her career as a flautist and teacher.
She performs with ensembles including the London Firebird Orchestra and has appeared at venues such as Ronnie Scott’s and in touring productions of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
She teaches across London, sharing her love of music with the next generation.
Ella works across Tandem projects including Classical Unwind and Radio 3’s Sunday Morning.
She also produces programmes for the BBC including Essential Classics, In Tune and Breakfast, and previously worked with Scala Radio.
Outside broadcast, she produces podcasts and live events, hosts The Classical Circuit, and writes for International Piano.
Faith has worked with Tandem since 2018, producing Sunday Morning, Inside Music and the LPO podcast.
She has also produced and presented for BBC Radio 3 and World Service.
Alongside her production work, she is a voice-over artist and a professional singer – her band Archie released their debut EP in 2021.
Freya is an experienced broadcast producer who has worked across BBC Radio 3, 4 and World Service, as well as the Proms and Classical Music TV.
She produces a wide range of Tandem projects, from studio programmes to outside broadcasts, including recordings from locations such as Edinburgh Waverley station.
She has also produced podcasts for organisations including the Wellcome Trust and the Barbican.
Jo is a radio and music industry professional specialising in classical music.
She has worked across Classic FM, Scala Radio and the streaming service Composed, as well as in A&R and label management.
She now produces for the BBC and Tandem on Radio 3 programmes including Breakfast, In Tune and Sunday Morning.
Marion produces Tandem’s weekly BBC Radio 3 show, Sunday Morning, and the LPO podcast, alongside a wide range of audio and visual projects.
She recently managed Tandem’s large-scale NHS audio drama production – and has also recorded a programme in a beekeeper’s suit.
A pianist, organist and teacher, she enjoys pedalling both in the organ loft and on her bike.
Melvin has been producing audio since the late 1990s, working across radio, podcasts and long-form storytelling.
After two decades making documentaries for the BBC, he built a parallel career in music production, recording artists from Sinéad O’Connor to Ennio Morricone.
He now works across projects for broadcasters and platforms including Sky Arts, Audible and Wondery, with a particular love of narrative-driven work and adventurous ideas.
Morgan trained on the Tonmeister course at the University of Surrey and works across a wide range of BBC programmes and podcasts.
He has collaborated with Tandem for over twenty years, bringing technical precision, musical sensitivity and a calm presence to every project.
Sam spent over a decade producing radio at the BBC before moving into music production and composition.
He now works across Tandem projects including Radio 3’s Sunday Morning, Radio 3 Unwind’s Classical Unwind and other broadcast programmes.
He also writes soundtracks for film, and finds inspiration walking on the moors and playing squash.
Sarah has been making radio programmes for over three decades, producing everything from daily music shows and documentaries to BBC Proms broadcasts and studio sessions.
As a presenter, she has explored illustrator Axel Scheffler’s attic for BBC World Service and regularly contributes to Radio 3’s Record Review.
She plays the oboe, trained in jewellery design, and has cycled across France and Czechia.
